UB Bridge is an independent service coordinating property purchases between Bulgaria, the UK and Greece.
Why we exist
When you buy property abroad, the problem is rarely a lack of professionals. It's that nobody connects them — and the buyer ends up as translator, secretary and project manager at once.
We take on that role. We don't sell from a catalogue of our own, and we don't replace the lawyer, the bank or the valuer. We organise the process so you can make your decision calmly and with the facts in front of you.
The coordination team
Our client team is two coordinators. Each client has a designated coordinator who is their main contact from the first conversation to completion: she organises communication, documents and deadlines and introduces you to the right professionals.
How we work with professionals
We have contacts among agencies, mortgage specialists, lawyers, notaries, valuers, surveyors and accountants across all three markets. We suggest professionals to suit each case. Each works on their own terms and is responsible for their own advice and decisions.
What we're not
UB Bridge isn't a bank, a law firm or a tax adviser, and doesn't give legal, tax or investment advice. Those questions are for the relevant specialists.
